Karen Heavener, Owner
Karen is the owner of Homestead Title and has been in the closing business for 27 years. She lives in Gallatin and has two grown children that are both married, Joshua and Jeremy. She has one grandchild, Caden, who is the apple of her eye! Outside of office hours, Karen loves the great outdoors. She enjoys spending time at the lake, and with her family and friends.

Melissa Heavener
Melissa joined the team in January 2013 as a closing specialist. She is married with two wild boys, Bradyn and Tate. She spends most of her free time at the ball field, track meets and wrestling tournaments cheering on her boys. Fall is her favorite season, and coffee is a must!

Tammy Mellons
Tammy is from Hermitage, Tennessee and has worked for Karen for over 20 years starting in the title and escrow business in 2001. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family, church activities, nature walks, reading and listening to music.
